Profile: Phathu Makwarela

If there is one thing Phathu knows – its good TV.
A film and Television production graduate from the Tshwane University of Technology, Phathu Makwarela is more than qualified to talk about the good, the bad and the ugly that TV has to offer. For the past 4 years, Phathu has been trading his skills as a scriptwriter for some of the most successful local Television shows, but why give them free publicity.
Phathu’s interests go far beyond TV, they stretch from politics to whatever topic is front page. He is too opinionated to be a politician, that is why he is a writer. And since this is not an obituary, we will stop right here.
Phathu resides in Pretoria without a cat or a dog – which gives him ample time to earn a living out of TV scripts and writing for Just Curious.
