touchliveI’m referring to the Tbo Touch interview on yesterday’s Sunday World, and I know I’m not the only one who went “wtf?” on reading that. The interview is the standard Up Close and Personal we get weekly and there was really nothing strange about it… well, at least not after I decided I wasn’t gonna think much about the “Thabo ‘n T-Bo, Saint ‘n Sniffer” heading.
It’s the way the interview ended that got me going “he banna!”.

Somewhere in the article, the interviewer mentions that Touch was sniffing the air but at the end she goes”

“He shoots up and asks: “Are we done yet? I need the bathroom.” He grabs his bag and phone and heads to the loo. On his return he’s no longer sniffing.”

Now, is it my busy mind or was this journalist saying that Touch went to the bathroom to sniff on something?

Would have loved to ask him about it but this one is kinda tricky coz even if it’s true, there’s no way you can get a “Yes, I went to sniff a line”. But ja, if Touch wants to let us know what happened, he knows where to find us!

    I had the exact thoughts when I read the article. Look, we know drugs are doing the rounds everywhere, especially in the entertainment industry, but the Journo should’ve asked Touch if he’s using, instead of implying it on every 4th line of the interview.

    There is too much “Sniffing” in the industry, you really never know who to believe when it comes to the “sniffing” issue, one day when i retire from managing Artist I will right a book about the saint who are struggling with sniffing, anyway does it matter who does it or not? Some of you if u knew who does it will hang themselves from the shock because u worship this ppl,pls dont ask bcos i wont tell….still enjoying good reviews and air play for my artists.

I almost didnt buy SW yesterday becoz i saw headlines that he is on up close n personal..Anyway i ended up buying it but i didnt read that page.

    Touch is too fake, too arrogant,too much of his ugly self and thinks the world revolves around him..and the fact that he thinks his friendship with Akon qualifies him kwi World Book of Records……brings out the worst in me..NXA!!!

    you know even if the journo did not come out straight about (clearing ) that whole sniffing thing – the suggestion of drugs was there. so blatant. maybe Tbo can explore some loophole in that article to get an apology and/or more. i dont care though.

    p.s . i wouldnt say hate, but i ABSOLUTELY dislike him. for his over-exagerrated ego (honey that’s NOT confidence) – and all that floss he throws in people’s faces. Good luck Thuli!

    I also have ugly friends and family but i love them because they always smile and have nuff respect that hides the ugliness in them…Touch is the complete opposite of that.

    That interview also left me baffled. Basically, it paints Thabo as one arrogant being who likes to sniff… a lot. While we may not know exactly what he loves sniffing, he sure loves it. And can he officially retire the “I’m friends with Akon’ & ‘I grew up in the States’ lines? They are forming wrinkles around the face! :-)
