Eish….need a place to vent… can’t believe what I’m watching on 3rd Degree. Lesbians are terrorised in townships across the country and the police are not helping them. Instead they are laughing at them. When the lesbians report rape the police ask how it feels like being with a man as opposed to women??
What is this world coming to!

Ja neh its really sad to see other people living with fear for their lives just because of the way they are in a free country, SA. Its like they are leaving in apartheid years were people would just be taken by police and beaten up and do exactly what those losers are doing to those lesbians. Hayi neligama it feels wrong saying it like ingathi I am swearing at someone. Isn’t there a better one than lesbian.

I’m not opposing Jonas, I’m just curious. How does God create & then hate. What is free will ?
One of my friends had a miserable life going around asking the church to cure him, he disappeared & up to now no one knows where. I never made him feel different, he never hurt anyone by being who he was. How does a child in STD3 (grd5) know about gay behavior, we liked him the way he was. At varsity we all shared without fear & nothing sinister ever happened. I don’t see evil with my friend.

When i use to read it though it stipulated that: Don’t Cheat on your wife, Dont kill, Don’t steal, Don’t sleep with your neighbour, Don,t badmouth your neighbour etc and what amazes me is that all the things i’ve mention they do take place in our communities and some are justifies as Polygamy. The reason why its in all the soapies and other shows on TV is because they are trying to create awareness so people can be more tolerant, clearly its necessary judging by the fact that we have so many people in the country who still thing its a choice/sin and whatever else they call it !

The problem with us here in SA is that we want to rush things and force them on to people and society at large. I for one do not condone homosexuality and what infuriates me is that every channel I tune onto on SABC is showing a scene or a theme on homosexuality. If we say we live in a free country then why are we so quick to limit the options of those that are not comfortable with homosexuality. We need to start filtering content e.g have all offensive or controversial films on a pay-per-view system (DSTV is a joke; don’t get me started with those guys).
To the gay bashers I say: “to hell with you, there is only one judge and its definitely not you, two wrongs don’t make a right”.
To the gays I say “don’t rub your sexual preference in people’s faces no one cares and if you want people to care then you are most likely to invite trouble upon yourselves”.
