Soweto Derby Predictions Anyone?

First of all, I’m embarassed to admitthat I only found out 2 days ago that Chiefs and Pirates (for some reason I can never say Pirates & Chiefs) will be playing this weekend. Tjo! & I thought I was a huge soccer fan!

The match is on Saturday, 20 February 2010, 15:30 at Orlando Stadium & clearly I was the only one who didn’t know because the tickets are SOLD OUT!
Sold out or not, I’m making my way to the stadium [Hello Castle Lager 
] & I’ll be hoping that the Glamour Boys give The Buccaneers a helluva beating.
While we patiently wait to hear what The SportLite ‘s biased review of the game will be, (lol) what are your predictions?
I say Chiefs will win this one 2 -1. Willing to bet on it!

I am not a fan of soccer. But, when I was growing up, people use to say ‘Amathambo’ were the in thing.

I also found out yesterday, and in true derby fashion….the tickets were sold out!

Bought tickets and ofcourse Pirates will win this one. Did you see how well we played yesterday? The second half that is…The coach should bench Teko and Gert should be in the starting line up, he deserves it.
