Out Of Order TJO!!

Whatever the point these young school kids were trying to make by behaving like that izolo, I DO NOT GET! Yes they do not want Jub Jub to get bail and everything but…

yeah

kill Jub Jub?? Shouldn’t they get arrested for this? I am shocked.

Shocked that they would choose to recreate the June 16, 1976 events in such a crazy way…

Screen shot 2010-03-17 at 22.30.06

Did they really want to go into the court room?? All of them??

Why were they pelting the same cops they want to help sort out crimes?

Screen shot 2010-03-17 at 22.31.37

I also do not think it’s fair that Jub Jub’s mom is being brought into this… no mother would encourage their child to do drugs and morphine. (Morphine?? Where did he get that?? Tjo!)

Screen shot 2010-03-17 at 22.30.50

The worst thing is that they are making a mess in an area where they reside, not where Jub Jub is gonna have to go clean up… silly mofos!

Screen shot 2010-03-17 at 22.32.26

What shocks me even more is that Jub Jub’s lawyer continues with his fight for bail. I hope he’s got Zuma’s bodyguards on standby for JubJub because I am afraid of what will happen when and if they do grant him bail.

I am very disappointed at how these youngsters are behaving and disappointed at their school teachers/principals for allowing them to go to the Protea Magistrate Court instead of staying in school.

  • Aren’t they supposed to be writing exams anyway? What were these kids doing there at that time of the day?
  • I would love to hear what the Gauteng Education MEC has to say about this…
  • There is the law, it has to be respected and I think if they do this again today, they should be arrested.
  • Instead of trying to expose Journalists, why is the ANC Youth League, (or any other youth leagues for that matter) so quiet about this? Yes they didn’t say anything because Jub Jub is one of them but surely they can comment or use their “power” to calm these kids down?

This is embarassing and it just proves what a sick society we live in. These hooligans have been waiting for an opportunity to behave this way coz I honestly think this is beyond wanting Jub Jub to get punished for his wrongdoings, this is ISIGEZO. Ba sele & I hope their parents are telling them the same thing. You do not commit a crime to sort out a crime, it’s wrong.

Why is the SAPS not arresting them?? Or are they also too busy worrying about us addressing them as constables and generals? Tjo!

I think these kids are also taking advantage of this situation to be not in class. They are enjoying every minute of it. I mean not all of those school kids love to be at school so that is why they are doing all this craziness during school hours. Some of them bayoqena ufunda qha so bancedakele ke yile into. I mean I was once a school kid too and I know some school kids take whatever opportunity to be not in class forgeting that all this nonsense is going to backfire on them at the end of the day. I wonder who will they blame when they fail at the end of the year, JubJub maybe. We know they lost their peers and we feel their pain but it does not mean they should turn this situation into a worst one on top of this. Now they also want to kill who said they won’t end up in jail like abo JubJub once they kill them. I don’t understand why the teachers are letting these children to behave like this. The way they were behaving infront of that court it was like they are looking for Annanius Mathe. Now its like JubJub shot those kids or he did this whole thing intentionally. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying JubJub must be of the hook or anything. I was just really shocked by those kids behaviour. I don’t know where JubJub will live if it ever happens that he gets a bail. Tjo they even threatened to burn down their family shops and houses. This is really crazy.

Whatever they tryna do is defeating the purpose, nxa, I don’t even wanna talk about these kids abangafuni ufunda n they use jub jub as an excuse.

I have come to a point where i have realized how much trouble Jubi is..Ths whole thing is really getting to me,seing the anger/madness on those kids really scares me coz those rascals can actually kill him..Its gettin outa control and i pray n hope that Mo gets through ths somehow.

  6. purpleheart on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 4:28 am

These kids’ behaviour is nothing short of barbaric! It is COMPLETELY unacceptable for humans let alone children to be behaving in this manner. I understand their anger and fury but this is really not the solution. The law will deal with Molemo and Themba and there is nothing these kids can do to change that. The sooner they realise that, the better for everyone. They should be ashamed of themselves and their parents need to discipline them!

Death threats are not to be taken lightly, no matter what the situation is. Besides, Molemo and Themba made an irresponsible mistake that has terrible consequences, I really doubt that they woke up that Monday and decided to murder those kids. Yes, they must pay for their actions but NO ONE deserves to be killed or treated in this manner.

These kids are actually quite embarrasing. They should go back to school and learn some respect and manners too! The same way the cry that Molemo’s not above the law blah blah…that applies to them too!

Prayers and condolenses to the bereaved! And my prayers are also with Molemo and Themba. I hope they learnt their lesson and are given a chance to repent for their irresponsible actions!!

Totally uncalled for hooliganism, which is bringing shame to those young 4 who lost their lives in this tragedy. If they truly respect the memory of their friends ,then they should give the law a chance to take its course. The time and era for such rage is gone and any adult condoning or inciting these school kids should be ashamed for fueling demonic hatred in such young hearts.

I was actually waiting for you to post this after the news when i was fuming! These kids as crazy i do not know where they got that energy from. You could’ve sworn they were also on drugs. My goodness did you see how they messed up theiry park? FOR WHAT? NXA! Phela if they could tilt jubjub’s police truck he was dead meat. And then that boy talkin bout sum military ish bekumele babambe yena. You dont solve this by killing jubi and friend (yes wat they did was wrong) Next time police had better arrest these kids! Jubi and friend must jus stay in jail!

Schoolkids high on nyaope. Schoolkids want to see themselves in the papers. Which one is which. When a person is caught raping or molesting a child or woman, mob justice occurs, the thug is beaten and then taken to prison,u dont see the same people showing up at the court, chanting and raving like lunatics. But becoz its a celeb in the mix,the tide turns. Every insult is directed to jubies and nt themba. The barbaric acts are being done by the same pricks who tjovitjos whe pips ekasi drag race and spin cars. . .these kids ba tlabisa kgala. Coz i dont undrstand how breaking a car window remedies a hurt or angry heart.

  18. Luja on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 8:33 am

Hayi no. These kids… i got a chill on my spine this morning when I was listening to the 702 news and they had a clip of a boy going on about how they will definetely kill Jubi if he is released on bail. Before then I didn’t know just how much these kids are out of order.
I would really hope that our political youth leaders and celebrities would go and calm these kids down. Its a sad day coz only DJ Sbu and Doc Shebeleza are the only ones stepping up to the plate on this issue. uFLoyd is busy having a catfight with journalists, Juju yena is busy buying going to get a full chicken to take to Jubi and the rest of the youth leaders are really not visible at all.

I agree with u a 100%BS. This is utter bull shit (excuse my french).
Firstly what really pisses me off is that, its not like Jub is not undergoing a lawful process and he is sitting at the Bahamas-for heavens be alive something “is” been done.
Secondly if these hooligans put in half the effort into doing their homework, the matric pass rate wouldnt be non-existent!
Lastly, nyani ke where the ufck are the pricipals? And are all these kids from the school that the dead/injured kids are from? Or are the looking for an excuse to skip Maths.
    I am really MAD!

  23. Fruity on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 9:00 am

Tjo, this is really bad, as I was watching the news I was scared, Scared for Jub Jub and mostly scared for those kids. What concerns me most is the fact that they are destroying their own futures and they are too angry too see it. I am dissappointed at the government especially the education department for being so quiet about this whole saga. Those kids should be in class learning not galavanting in the streets. Black people I am so dissappointed in us, are we teaching our children that matters are solved in this manner?

  24. stix stonez on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 9:02 am

i said it before.. JULIUS MALEMA and the ANCYL failed the youth..
THEY were supposed to be the first ones to offer these kids support! go to the parents family’s and re assure them, that this thing will be settled in court! by the law, and they (ANCYL) will do everything in their power to make sure the law is upheld..then they should have gone to skuls..
but what does JULIUS do? goes to visit JUBJUB..
i blame MALEMA, he is failing the youth..as much as those kids are causing havoc and might end up ruining their lives..
this YOUTH LEAGUE has proven that it is useless when it comes to youth related activities..mara they run for adult things that the ANC can sort out..
why does Julius go to schools when there are no issues, but when the are issues to deal with, he stays away..
mina i say strike on kids..ngikhathele yi ANC and these schlebs

  25. stix stonez on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 9:13 am

    strike on kids.. strike on!!
btw, most of these kids, are drop outs, they arent going to skul anyway..
is it me or does the ANC always wait to comment after they are asked questions? they are really NOT proactive are they..
i mean the MEC for Education is silent..why?
must we ask them a question first about how they feel about the strike before they comment?

  26. Bongani on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 9:15 am

Why are the teachers allowing these kids to miss class? Surely this time lost must be made up over weekends (or is that just my imagination nje). Yes, Jub Jub did wrong. Very wrong infact but why are we looting streets now?

  29. Mabheka on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 9:23 am

Mcim these are just attention seeking brats man, another indication how the teachers actually prefer being out of class because these little fcks should be sitting in class & not attending bail hearings as it has fokol to do with them. This is where the Minister of Education needs to step in as such scenes will lead to the non improvement of our Matric pass rate should this hapen again all of them should be arrested & bliksemed by the police & parents too.

Talk about misplaced activism. This cannot be compared to the june 16 1976 event. Yes, SA youth has inherited the same youth passion that the old youth had, but they are misusing it tremednously. They could direct this passion at the right issues and the right people but they dont care about things that matter mos.
How about speaking out about the fact that the YOUTH LEAGUE president, their presoident has gone to visit jub jub instead of the YOUNG PEOPLE’s families.
How about protesting about the state of their education…
And how they vandalise and make filthy their own neighbourhodds is just shocking…shameless!!!!
    lack of knowledge,lack of widsom……

  33. Porsch on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 9:36 am

As long as you/we urban ppl protest ka di emails/blogs or even ova lunch & talkin abt how we feel 4 them blah blah blah new generation ya black ppl need to understand that the only way known by our elders to communicate is through toitoiyin. These kids watch TV & each tym they see their elders burnin tires etc for service delivery, so where do u think they got their behaviour from? I mean 1976 was war ppl had to die, destroy things 4 our leaders 2 listen and change things i hear u 2day talk abt lettin the law take its course but not long ago u critisized the same law so my question is “where do u stand exactly?” jus because u resolve the issue in the boardroom in a calm manner dont go calling them hooligans, thats al they know and I bet with everythin i hav not even one of YOU wil go to the schools of soweto and workshop those young kids on how to react to such an incident shud it happen again or best yet the importance of education!

mara who will tell these kids anything when our elders trash the streets when protesting and beat up their non-toyi-toying colleagues?

  36. patzz on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 10:38 am

they want to kill bo jub-jub but what does make of them, they think jub-jub did a wrong thing but they also still wanna do what bo jub-jub did….let them just go back to skul and learn more after all they are students unless they wanna change that.god knows whats good for bo jub-jub…

  37. bonangmubishame on Thu, 18th Mar 2010 10:43 am

And then we all wonder WHY the kids fail so much! These children have to realise that Jub Jub finished school eons ago and truly speaking, he made it! They still have a long way to go! I blame the parents too. What type of kids are they raising? This is messed up and its a sad indictment on the system.

I saw these kids striking at Balfour and all the other areas. WHY do the parents let them do that? Ay man this is REALLY out of order! Nxah. Imbeciles. I prescribe asswhippings all round!

These kids are out of order. I dont even think they truly understand what they are screaming and shouting for. They are volatile, excitable and its so disappointing that none of the relevant authorities are being responsible enough to knock sense into these kids.

I bet you some of these kids dont even understand whats happening, they cant even explain to you the difference between cuplable homicide and murder. They cant even explain the concept that everyone has the right to remain innocent until proven guilty. They cant even tell you what the difference between intention and negligence is. Maybe if they redirected that same energy into their studies, they would be smart enough to illustrate their pain and anger in more constructive ways.

I bet most of these kids are just there coz go monate, go na le drama, they get to miss out on school, and maybe even to catch a glimpse of Jub Jub!

So disappointing. And these kids are the future of this country….SMH

Most of these kids are just doing all this for the fun of it and the not going to school part is what excites them more. I think diparents ke tsona tse bileng exemplary in terms of the behaviour ya these kids. When there are service delivery protests “adults” resort to vandalism. I remember an email that used to do the rounds 2yrs back when some residents tsa ko Tembisa were protesting because of the refuse that was not being collected, you had people old enough to be our grannies taking their clothes off ba le stark naked saying they are proving a point. So why are we expecting these kids behaviour to be different when the very same parents le bona ba etsa lintho tse tsoileng tseleng??

celebrities also need to unite and explain to the behind the sceen society (viewers)that the media will always try to make money out of them, bcoz the whole furiouseness here cums to the fact that one of the accused is a celebrity.ppl have done bad things in our societies if being on the spot light makes u to be in so much danger i rather switch off my bulb.we all want to be successfull but the minute u do something wrong wa khobiwa(point a figure at) eg pretty face, jackey businesswoman, butchers.we should ask ourselfs is it about justice or is it about going down…the ground where no one is at but want to see someone there.let our title not be the ones which kill us at the end of the day.those students protesting we see them on cameras we reference them from the protesting let them also not turn out to be celebrities.coz here in mzansi we jugde u according to your title.

Porsch the day COMMON sense,DECENCY,RESPECT for YOUR surroundings, empathy, the Value of law and order…and the importance of education needs to be ‘WORKSHOPPED’ by celebrities will be a very sad day in this country. We have totally absolved parents from their responsibilities in teaching their kids, rather blame the teachers(the second scapegoats) ,what of religious leaders and political leaders who have been voted in to champion the youths plight(whether on a gov or party level) and are getting paid for it…celebrities are really the LAST port of call in guiding youth…or ppl do we want Beyonce/JZ to come teach your daughters/sons how to be a woman/man …celebs can influence but they should not be proxy parents.

one of these kids got rand over by a car on their way to protest!
A Grade 10 pupil was hit and killed by a truck while on his way to protest outside the Protea Magistrate’s Court, the Gauteng education department (GDE) said on Thursday.
GDE spokesman Charles Phahlane said the accident happened on Wednesday morning.
“They had just left Thutolore Secondary when this incident occurred. It is alleged this happened when these learners were on their way to Protea Magistrate’s Court,” he told Sapa.
“The police are still investigating but it is believed that he was climbing onto the truck and then slipped and fell. The child was run over by the truck outside the school premises.”
The boy was a student at Anchor high school in Meadowlands.
Phahlane said officials from the department had visited his family to convey their condolences.
The department was “aware of the situation of some learners supporting their fellow learners outside court and we are addressing it”, he said.
Student protests turned violent outside the court on Wednesday as children vented their anger against hip-hop artist Molemo “Jub Jub” Maarohanye, and Themba Tshabalala.

WTF!!! read below guys… Its getting ridic now

Johannesburg – Residents of homes outside the Protea Magistrate’s Court in Soweto expressed frustration with student protesters on Friday.
“I feel fear because my life is in their hands,” said one woman outside her home.
“We are at the mercy of the children.”
She told Sapa that a window in her home had been broken by students.
“I had left the gate open so if it gets ugly in the streets they could come inside. I topped up my [paid] water [metre] with R20 so they could have water if they get thirsty. I did this just out of motherly instinct but this is how they repaid me.”
She did not want to give her name to Sapa and was conferring with her neighbours about what they should do if protests continued on Friday.
Other residents were taking advantage of the protests.
A hawker, who only gave his name as “Sibongiseni”, makes a living by selling sweets and washing cars outside the court.
“The students bring money. They buy sweets and snacks. Jub Jub has brought business.”
He said that he was selling five time as many sweets and snacks as during a normal court day.
However, his car washing business has taken a nose-dive due to motorists not parking near the court house for fear of the vehicles being vandalised by protesting students.

And how a human being can chant “we will kill you (another human being)..” with impunity is even more scary…

Perhaps this is a reflection of SAns stance on Capital punishmnet…ka na bare ke eng?……thapo/execusion etc..forgot the popular word. A referendum needs to be done, SAans need to be consulted about the matter, maybe it may be reinstated for the hard criminals who commit violent crimes…and no one must complain and conveniently mention God coz they say it out loud all the time anyways, instead of mob justice, it will be legal…
