Brazil vs Portugal Predictions

Ronaldosies

I don’t care where you’re from but come this afternoon, every footie loving person will be glued to their screen to catch what is possibly the MOST anticipated match of the 2010 FIFA World Cup: Brazil vs Portugal! They go head to head at Moses Mabhida Stadium in DURBAN and yho, I so wish I was in that part of the country because it’s gonna be CRAZZZZZZZYYYY after the game… Durbanites, who cares that Neyo didn’t perform there, you are getting the Samba boys playing against Ronaldo’s boys, who just came from trashing some North Korean boys 7-0!

Ronal

It’s gonna be an amazing game… Yes Ivory coast is also playing today but there isn’t really any hope for them to proceed to the next round so our eyes will be on THIS game.

My score prediction: Lots of people are going to be disappointed with Brazil and the scoreline at the end of the game will be:

BRAZIL 2 – 3 PORTUGAL

Which one is your team?

Score? Goal Scorers?

Let’s live blog this ish…

  16. kakapana on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 9:54 am

it’s going to be a stalemate and I dont think the “big guns” will be playing, since vele both teams are through to the last 16.

  17. kakapana on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 9:58 am

I am rocking my Spanish gear vandag- my skibha, beanie, scarf…the works, so they better not pull an Italy on me

  18. posh on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 10:07 am

kiki Spain will play Portugal or Brazil if they go thru the second round…maybe you should pay attention to B and P match…pray that they meet Portugal not Samba boys unless awubasabi bonke!

  19. Kiki on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 10:11 am

Posh I hear you….. but believe me i dont even want to go there. If Spain beats Chile tonight they go to the top of the group then they will play Portugal which is a good thing. I am scared of Brasil.*tjo did you really have to remind me about that wena Posh* Eish!!!!! lol

  20. kakapana on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 10:22 am

Brazil and Spain cant clash so early in the competition, phela that’s my dream final. I’m a Spain supporter, but I have a soft sport for Brazil.

  21. kazisongo on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 10:40 am

If Brazil and Spain clash now this world cup will be in danger of being like the Nedbank Cup.Imagine a final between Chile and Paraguay, tjo!

  22. Kiki on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 10:44 am

@ Kapakapa nawe Kazisongo I am feeling you guys. Let us pray. *looks around for JC’s maMfundisi, Lela*

  23. posh on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 10:52 am

I hope so too Kapa, this world cup won’t be exciting without the big teams…I don’t want to watch Paraguay,Slovania, Chille in the semis and finals…so abo Spain better not take these teams for granted and loose games

Already the YUMMY Italians are leaving and Geramany or England is going home next week since who ever looses in the next stage goes home….

  24. Kiki on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 11:01 am

Eish Posh, the Italians shocked me yazi. I couldnt believe what I was watching. France also lost it this time. Tjo this WC izengamawazawaza stru. A lot of shocking surprises.

Did yall watch Japan & Denmark?? heehehhe who would have thought those Jackie Chans had it in them. It was a brilliant match.

Imagine WC Final Japan vs Uruguay??? Tjo.Please these big teams mustnt disappoint us.

  25. TL on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 11:01 am

I’m rocking my Spain jacket :)

  26. kakapana on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 11:15 am

I’m going to Monday’s Durban game and I must say when I purchashed my tickets I would have never guessed that Slovakia would make it into the last 16, let alone beating Italy and subsequently knocking them out of the competition. but that’s the thing with the beautiful game. You have 90 minutes to do your best, and if you dont use your chances, then the other team will…

  27. Cinnabon on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 12:43 pm

    I am 100% Brazilian today.

  28. posh on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 12:57 pm

This world cup has inspired me to consider saving money and go to Brazil in 2014 for the World Cup…(am not gonna wait for a rich man)

I can imagine the corruption that will happen there, this is good news for men knowing how friendly and sexy Brazilian women are…they’ll be going there hoping for the carnival type of entertainment done by Brazilian women…

I want to go to their beaches like the one where you are allowed to swim naked …I think it will be fun

  29. Siphe777akaLorrelai on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 12:59 pm

i hope Brazil takes this one.

  30. SilentBloga on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 2:12 pm

Tjo I do not like any of these two teams but I hope Brazil can whip Portugal just for fun. It’s gonna be hactic, I heard this was the first match to sell out in WC2010. On the other side I hope Cote d’Ivoire win just for pride.
Phela this was the original group of death until the likes of France and Italy brought old dead corpses as players to the games. Oh I hope Spain goes down the drain and follow Italy’s footsteps. Is that WAG still reporting from
behind the goal posts??? Oh I can’t wait for Germany to cream those overrated England players.

  31. SilentBloga on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 2:14 pm

Oh score prediction: Portugal 1-3 Brazil.

  32. Lela on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 2:25 pm

Lol,Sorry Kiki all my prayers are on Brazil till the end.

  33. Buhlebonga on Fri, 25th Jun 2010 3:02 pm

Was promised tickets by some govt official… Didn’t get. But my editor and like half teh newsroom got, so I’m in the bad books of the KZN govt. *sigh* Oh well
So sad that I’m 5 minutes away from the stadium, yet I’m so far away!!!
I don’t care who wins, just as long as its a HOT match coz my uncle spent R5000 for tickets for him and my aunt, and now they broke, so they’d better sparkle!
