The date is set, the tickets are on sale, an interim manager has been appointed and the team will be announced on Thursday. It’s Bafana Bafana vs Ghana on 11 August 2010 at Soccer City (i don’t care if the ticket is written National Stadium, I will not call it that) and kick-off is at 20:35.
Soon as the Sunday World reported that Mike Ntombela, who is a Sponsorship Manager for Adidas is going to be the new Bafana Bafana Manager, SAFA sent out a release stating that Barney Kujane had been appointed Bafana’s acting Team Manager, following Gugu Marawa’s resignation and Sipho Nkumane’s suspension.
if you’re not into the politics, just visit your nearest computicket to buy your ticket for the friendly game because it’s going to be an interesting game to watch…. With all the soccer drought, I expect the tickets to be sold out.
Tickets are selling at R100 each and I’ve already bought mine and my outfit for the day is ready too…
errr… I’ll be supporting Bafana Bafana with my heart, I just need to wear this and this is my only chance after the world cup. I’ll have my Bafana Bafana jersey in my bag and put it on IF they win.
