Terry’s Star Shines!

Soul Magazine honoured Terry Pheto for her success by giving her a STAR Certificate. To be honest until NOW I still don’t understand how this STAR thingy really works, we can blame Bantu Education shame coz they tried to explain it but hayi uKiki still in the dark.

A few celebs came to celebrate with Terry. By a few celebs I mean a few celebs. I saw Presley’s name on the guest list but I don’t remember seeing his face. Terry is a quiet, conservative type of lady so this means she hangs around the same people. They came, sat down, ate, drank responsibly, behaved and left. Food aside I can say, it was a very boring 2hours (thank God it was short) because there was no Mgosi or interesting people at all. The only drama that happened was when my camera was grabbed and almost thrown away by that Mpumi chick from Rhythm City because I am from Just Curious. Kahle kahle bathi iJC Bloggers, ziyadelela heheh.

Zizo Beda refused to to take a picture by herself infront of the L’Oreal banner,she said if it was a Garnier banner then it would be perfect. Tjo, I didnt know they were that strict.

Relebogile Mabotja (Mpumi #RC) also came through and gave a heart warming speech about her friend Terry. This was before she grabbed my camera.

Teboho Mahlatsi was there. I respect this gentleman.

Bubu Mazibuko & Tango Ncetezo also graced us with their presence.

This other actress kept on saying yena she is fat and feels uncomfortable taking pictures. You know what? If you are not happy with your body then do something about it sisi. Besides if wena you say you are fat then what do you think Mpumi n Fats from RC are going through? Lets be considerate.

Apparently the lady with an Afro is Pearl Thusi, wife and baby mama to WALTEEEEEEEEER Mokoena.

All in all it was a straight to the point event, professionally organized and there was no time wasting.

Loved the food but I am yet to attend an event where non-alcoholics like me are catered for. Kunzima, we have to pay for our non-alcoholic drinks whilst alcohol is always FREE. #NotFair

Refilwe Madumo: I like this girl as for her traditional attires I don’t know much because I hardly see her at the media events.

Before ngiyishiye indawo: I must say that this event was for the unknown almost forgotten faces in the industry..Kwaaaa, (I like)….

Ok Zizo and Terry aside and congrats to Terry on whatever that star is for ! WTF is Thula Sindi wearing ?! If this guy told me he’s an established fashion designer looking like that, Id laugh in his face #JustSaying. But Terry is pretty shame.
