At The Nina Jarebrink Launch

Swedish born ready-to-wear designer, Nina Jarebrink, launched her Spring Summer 2012 collection in SA at Melrose Arch on Thursday, prior to its Northern Hemisphere release later this year.
NJ is the go-to designer for international names including Dido. Since the inception of her collection in 2004, Jarebrink has since parachuted into the spotlight as one of Europe’s respected trend setters. Nina Jarebrink offers collections in footwear, accessories, jewellery and garments. If anything, the label depicts that simplicity is indeed key.
These are some of the garments that made the catwalk
“The Spring Summer 2012 collection is christened ‘Azured’ and features elegant, sexy and modern garments, accessorized for the confident and self-assured woman. Fabrics used are raw silk, suede silk and silk chiffon. Dominant colours are copper, cobalt blue, off-white, black and gold.”

Tjooooo @Aranja! Spikes on shoulders? What inspired that fashion sense? LadyGaGa perhaps? But her shoulder horns/spikes are implants,that’s why u see them in everything she wears.
