Wendall: 4 country votes – Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Kenya
Luclay: 2 country votes – South Africa, Botswana
Lomwe: 1 country vote – Malawi
Sharon O: 1 country vote – Uganda
Hanni: 1 country vote – Ethiopia
Vina: 0 Country Votes

Poor Vina.

Let us not fool ourselves ppl, anything that requires WEB votes is just begging to be manipulated. I have been working in the IT industry for some time now & I could have easly made SA take position 1 & 2, but unfortunitly some of us are more fair than our “other” African brothers who would delibaretly manipulate the voting system.

It is a shame for Luclay to be robbed like this.

Nginyanyile. I’ve never bn so angry when it comes 2 reality shows. That Wendal stole Luclay’s cash. I’m happy with the outcome! I’m glad Karen won, the most amplified of all housemates. Wendall, I don’t even know how he made it that far, but God’s plan shall always prevail. Yilo ivari. In zim, a person that earns r2,5 sacrifices r200 to subscribe dstv/mnth which is not the case in sa coz u gt 4 quality free tv stations to choose from.

One thing that made Wendall win is the fact that he appeals more to the conservative masses. He was never one to dip his finger in controversy for the sake of votes. He doesn’t believe in assuming different personae for mass appeal. He was consistent @ being h/self. Thus he appeals more to countries w/ conservative social norms. There’s no conspiracy here.

Luclays personality was like a robot. One moment he’s red, the next orange, the next green. It was like he was suffering from bipolar or something. I think Luclay was kinda overrated period. #TeamLuclaySitYourAssDown *SMH*

Big congrats to my girl Karen! Well deserved win right there! She provided nothing but pure unadulterated entertainment for 91days straight! There was never a dull moment with her around and most of all she was herself and came across as real! Love Karen and wish her nothing but the best for the future!

As for Wendall, although he wasnt my pick for the second winner congrats are in order for him as well. People need to stop being sore losers coz he won fair and square. All those who are claiming rigging or other consipracy theories, build a bridge and get over it! Clearly he appealed to other people across the continent and the fact that 4 countries voted for him shows his appeal. Big up yourself Wendall!

Am a big fan of BBA but after wat happened last nite I told myself that I will never ever watch that BBA again.I watched the game frm day 1 to day 91 and the only reason I watched it was Luclay and Karen….they played the game

hi every1 my new, im silent blogger too but today I thought I would voice my opinion at the disgust I felt when Wendall was announced as a winner last night. Me and my family we were BBA6 addicts, so we all pretty much had an idea on who was going to win. Wendall was non-existent in that house, he was just greyedout nje. I’m still shattered by last nights happenings…I’m not sure if I will ever be a loyal fan of BBA. Lastly, i support the motion that BBA should be moved to another country…ngikhathela! Wendall’s win was a shock.

Big Brother is a bloody cash cow,’selling’ peoples nudity(shower hour) on the internet was very sick & pyscho of them mnxim!

Apparently the contracts they signed before entering the show/house stated that Big Brother reserves the right to alter the votes and crown whoever they think is more deserving to win.(With that said,Wendall is BB’s choice & I wonder what criteria they used to determine who’s most deserving 0_o)

#Team NO SOUTH AFRICAN SHOULD ENTER THE SHOW FROM NOW ON! They can host it wherever.

Congrats to the winners, I wanted Luclay to win too. Sometimes things that shock us do happen, but I think the thing of calling people names because of where they come from somehow is not Ayoba. I saw something like people are zimbos and have no money to vote (not at JC of course), that alone made me see why other countries can gang against SA. Reality shows are games, they come and leave us shocked but still I think we should treat other people with respect. Let’s be upset at the game not players.

I am Nigerian – just stumbled on this site – and had long drawn the conclusion that the game would be won by the two pivotal characters on the show, karen and luclay and was shocked when Wendal swept it. My mum called me fuming lol. This was how many Nigerians felt when Uti was first evicted from the show and many Nigerians were insinuating an SADC gang-up, equally saying like most of you are, that we wont watch it anymore. Truth is, y’all be glued to the next season…lol. But please control the sentiments – nobody needs to die or live disrupted for a reality show, and yea – a trashy one at that.

S-africans now sayn ‘I voted so mAny tyms’ 4Luclay etc but if u in sA n vote 300 tyms thAt alone is nt good enuf 2sÂve sum1 or myk sum1 win .They need country votes. When I saw Luclay first time I waited for him to say something intelligent – and that didnt happen! Anyway, Something in me died for Luclay when he was at the height of his “tendencies”. i didnt appreciate the way he treated Ernest. There was no justification for treating a fellow human being that way. If you recall, the week before the houses merged, Luclay had only 2 country votes – same as Nic but was safe because of the percentage calculation. By that time his popularity had plummeted – his “tendencies” were irritating and offending some viewers (definitley myself included). If the houses had not merged nc nc nc asazi. Anyway I voted for Wendell and I am glad he won. As for Luclay all I can say is PRIDE COMES BEFORE A FALL. The man was too too arrogant and was, well, compressed down to size!
PS..you may have voted your fingers off but South Africa’s vote alone doesnt help when it comes to winning. The cooperation of other Afrocan countries is necessary. And sadly other African countries voted for their own favourites! I definitley dont see what the furore is all about! VERBAL VIOLENCE AND INTIMIDATION OF OTHERS DOES NOT QUALIFY AS ENTERTAINMENT IN MY BOOKS. Those were MY reasons for not voting for Luclay…

Okay so, I don’t mean to get all technical and ish, but I thought I should educate ya’ll, my fellow South Africans, on how the voting system works: just because you all voted for our countryman Luclay aka Clayton aka Otono,he still would not have won because a housemate needs more countries to vote for them first and then the percentage of the votes in case of a tie. Luclay only got votes from South Africa and Botswana, for obvious reasons…But on the flip side, I am glad Nibbles won because it takes a mature person to stay focus and grounded in the face of free-flowing alcohol and loose skanks serving themselves up on a silver platter (yes Kimberley from Zambia, I do mean you….)
PS @Sharon O,thinking she was the obvious winner: Boooooyahhhh!

If Africa had issues with pride and arrogance Uti would not have won. He did not even attend his father’s funeral all because of money. Karen also fought with each and every housemate in the house, sexually harrassed Zeus and she still won. I don’t have a problem with Luclay losing I have a problem with Wendall winning. The guy did not even made an effort to get to know his fellow housemates, he’s as cold as ice.

I think people have pointed out that the if other housemates won, besides Wendall, it would have been understandable cuz they were at least (somewhat) entertaining… But that Wendall??? TJO! Talk about a classic underdog story. Anyway, why do we keep being inundated with BBA? Surely SAns wouldn’t mind another BB SA. No??

The point is luclay had more votes the week before even lomwe had more country votes and then come finale week then Wendell wins. Now that doesn’t make sense!!!!!!!

The reason people like Wendall win is coz people tend to vote based on emotion, kanti is BBA about humulity or Entertainment? I still remember BBA 4 wen people like Nkenna, Bernadina and Itai(sp) made it far coz they were sweet and humble if we wanted sweet and humble we would watch one gospel so pleez. And if bo Karen were not “whoring” themselves ne re tlo entertainuwa kemang?
