Pics: Joburg Pride aka Joburg Gay October

This was my first time at the Joburg Pride as I had never been before because I had my own perception of what people will think or say.  Well, I was wrong because Pride is just another Durban July but here it’s people expressing who they are in terms of sexuality.
I was invited by the diva himself Mika Stefano to his float but because of many commitments I could only get there in the afternoon. I arrived looking hot in my Ray Ban shades.
I saw famous faces around which include  Simphiwe Dana
the drag queen himself Mika Stefano
and a few as others where not keen to appear on my camera .
I had fun though saw a lots of fashion,couples, pornstars and hell lots of funky fresh people. Before I could mingle spotted also the best dressed winner who won a trip for two to London gay pride next year, it just pays to be a fashion guru in the pride world.
Hope I will visit again next year and see more as I really had fun and learned that gays and lesbians love spending more on clothing and flashy cars  than any other thing.

    Some hotness that i see here…*sigh*…such hotness is enough to make u re-think ur sexual orientation…

    Uh well,hope they had fun. Just to let them know,we love them to bits!

    I was there and it wz brilliant nd I also saw magogo too thot he just looked great. I also saw the stripper ai mara some people are just funny nd gutsy the were so many people in their undies. I’m too sad that I did not see simphiwe Dana. Overall it was a brilliant experience also my first time. Will most def be going next year. But I think the are more lesbians than gay guys nd transsexuals going to pride. I just did not like that except those rented toilets it took forever to use one. Buying food was also a mission. Can somebody just not buy so much beer coz the rest of us non beer drinkers could not get ciders after 4pm.

    I met this gay guy at a bash, wearing white shorts and going on about how he was there for men. I fell inlove with him instantly. We spotted the same guy we were both interested in.
