Happy ash wednesday folk…imma try giving up blogging for 40. Days…wish me luck! I have so little self control shem as far as this is concerned. I aslo need to give up my blackberry! I’m obsessed. I’ve had nicer phones before, hell I have a nicer phone than iblackberry, but those cost money to run. The blackberry is so so cheap. That I have gotten obsessed with it. My thumb get sore, my eyes start hurting yet still I can’t stop BBM-ing or whatsapp-ing(especially uVuyo) when I see the little red flash my heart skips a beat. I NEED HELP! I-Blackberry bubugwirha, iyathakatha le phone. Imma try give up the use of it. When my BIS expires I’m not gonna renew it. I NEED LUCK WITH THAT.

@Dejane nana are you angry that your baby daddy is dating your ex friend or that he has found someone? Do you still love him? If so you need to fight for him. Oh! and I wanted to share that after the last treatment I had for anemia I’m now healed. So all of you who had the same problem please ask your Dr’s about Iron infusion. It has been such a miracle to me. My energy levels are up. Im just like a new person. Energetic. Ukulala nje yinto endingayicingi tu. SOIL EATING a thing of the past, I become nauseous even when i think about soil. I truly thank God. I never knew how sick I had become.

Thanks guys, i divorced her yesterday. She and I are no longer friends. Thing is a friend of hers dated her man, now she does this to me. She even hung up after telling me the news. Hai im done with people that couldn’t give a shit about me. I am over babby daddy, its her that im upset with coz i thought she was my friend. But maybe she thought our friendship was worth jeopardising. Its a question of whether or not you’re willing put your needs/feelings before those of others or not. Im a grown women, this too shall pass.

In other news, can i partake in lent even though i aint Catholic. I want to give up meat, even i love it too much. Want to test my willingness to resist temptation. Its going to be hard. But im fasting for my daughters health and for a new job that pays well.

@Fezzy my daughter was diagnosed with mild cerebral palsy.Thanks lady, She hasnt starting walking and she’s almost two. The physio-therapist said she has a weak pelvis. She has’nt started talking as well, she just mumbles and makes sounds, although she seems eager to talk soon. Then she’s epileptic, was admitted last month, each time her temperature is high, we have to close monitor it, and try reducing it or else she has a seizure.

Work sucks. Im doing silly promotions that i have no interest in, la be lungu dont even pay me much. I earn less than R5 000 (i still get taxed 25% coz im a freelance), ngapha i work Monday to Monday. I just pray for a job i’ll enjoy doing while earning a decent salary.

I have been thinking of what to give this lent (i am giving up alcohol for 40 days but since i mostly drink a can or two while watching football on tv, it is no big deal).Your post finally gave me an idea of what to do this lent.

@Dejane, sorry for what you going through, if it will make you feel better, my cousin “small wonder” has spastic (sp) cerebral palsy. He turned 7 on monday, but he looks like a two -three yr old. He started to walk when he was about 4, but he is now. Though he cannot talk, the fact that he pulled through such a milestone (walking) shows that God is great and we can never give up on smallie for as long as he is not giving up.

The word says He is a healer, by His stripes we were healed. I decree and declare that your daughter shall walk and that she will be a testimony of God’s healing power. Dont tell God what you heard from the doctors, tell Him what you read in His word and He shall perform it. He is not man that He should lie.

For the next 40 days and 40 nights you and your daughter shall be in my prayers!!!!

Dejane you’ll be fine nana as your daughter grows she will also be fine. My 6 year old daughter also has mild CP which affected the speech, she is only learning to talk now from the 3 year old sister. She used dipers until she was 4 and there were times when i felt it was all too much for me but God gave me grace to pull through. Her cognitive behaviour is also a bit behind her age mates but she is doing GradeR in a normal school and she acts like any other child and she understands everythng you say in all the languages we use it’s now only the speech that is a bit behind and I never thought it would come to this but now I know that God is great and he hears our humble cries. He will come trhough for you sisi.

@Kusi my 5 year old daughter had her tooth extracted in Dec and she was fine. They gave her that injection, she didnt feel anything when they took it out and there were no pains afterwards.

Just say that you made a couple of mistakes in your previous employment and that you now feel you’ve learned from them and that you would like to start again afresh cause you are scared of being labelled @ your previous job.

Hey everyone, just thought i should share some good news. Yesterday i mentioned i am a freelance producer, and have been doing silly promotions. When i began working here as an intern i didnt mind because i thought its a foot in the door. A year later i was gatvol of these promotions because i felt they didnt guarantee a permanent position and its not what i wanted to do.

Today my manager tells me they want me to work on another show, as an assistant content producer for two months, starting on the first of March.

Hey bloggers I have a crush on my friend its really bad. We spend so much time together when we dnt see each other he will text me telling me he misses me, problem is I have a boyfriend and although he hasn’t said it in so many ways I know he likes me too. He is everything that I have always wanted in a guy he writes, he is into art, a hopeless romantic like me, thoughtful and a down right sweetheart. Please pray for me I need for the crush to go away but I doubt it will it has been going on for about 10months. And with every mintue we spend together I fall for him harder.
