Spotted At Boity’s Birthday Party

Boity decided to go all out this year for her 22^nd birthday and did 3 parties. One was a private doo at Taboo, the second one in Bloemfontein and the third one at Taboo again and that is the one that I attended. Even though I don’t like going to clubs I dragged my feet there on Saturday and we were welcomed with beautiful music. One way to bore me in a club will be to play house music for more than 20 minutes, luckily they were playing hip hop and pop, and everyone started having fun. I even saw Rosie Motene and Kagiso Rakosa at Boity’s party but they soon disappeared before I could get a picture.

Here some of the people I bumped into at Taboo.

FabroSanz fashion designer Sandi Mabasa with Thabi from Chaotic Couture. This is the lady who endorses Lerato Kganyago with hot shoes.

Mantsoe who co-host the Tap Mansion with Uncle Tap on YFM weekdays.

Luvuyo Afrika was also there looking hot as usual.

The clutch bag guy, like he cannot leave the house without it.

Birthday girl Boity with actor & producer Legend Manqele. Look out for this guy, he is going places and super talented. You will say Just Curious told you so one day.

I hear there’s an illegal injection out there, flattens mkhaba in just a few days…two injections for R800.00. My friend has taken it, i’m waiting to see if he lives until the end of the month then i’ll join the band wagon and recommend it to the Mkhabarated JC members.

Not yet, my plan was to start on monday. But my friend used if for about 3 months last winter and has stopped since – but she looked fab and still does. And to thinks she was bigger than me at some point eish.
She still goes to gym but you know that case of stubborn fat. I’m just gonna use it between now and end of July – I wanna look hot come spring.

@Botshelo, possibly coz you go to the toilet alot. But shame since I’m not doing much right now, I’m gonna give it a shot ngihluleke khona. Will use is every other day.

Hi ya’ll at JC mansion.

I just thot i should share this:- On monday i went to extract my tooth at a dentist here in rosebank. It was a wisdom tooth. When the guy was etracting, HE BROKE MY JAW. I had to be rushed to Rosebank hospital for emergerncy surgery.

So the surgeon tried to take out the tooth as it was attached to the bone. The pain i experience was too much and i thot it was the end.But then all was fine.

Now i have stitches in my mouth and the dentist didnt wanna pay, i had to lay a complaint about him, then he realised i meant business.

Im still in pain guys and the only snack i eat is pain killers but i hope in 2 days or 3 will be better.

i cud relate,my lil sister turned 15 this yr, she started sleeping out n bunking school occasionaly last yr, we tried talking to her n she told me that my she doesnt lyk it when my mother yells at her, she feels that she(mother)doesnt knw how to talk to her n she wants to stay with our father in plk(mother wrks/lives in kuruman) this yr her wish was granted nw she lives in plk, father boought her new uniform n everything else she needs 4skul,she went to school only the first wk in jan from there she left home for weeks n my father didnt knw where she was,during the skul holidays mom goes home, looks for her find her n return her home, took her for counselled, she apologised n promise to go back to skul, mom goes back to kuruman, immedataley mom left she packs her bags n leave home again, comes back during the day wen dad is nt home,break windows n steal food n money, apparently she drinks bt ive neva seen her drunk.this past long wekend we went to look for her again with the help of some guys in our village, apparently she is involved with some djs so they r always travelling around partying, her best friend doesnt hav parents so she doesnt go to skul 2 n she always leave her young sibings behind when they go with this djs. so we find her bt not with the djs bt some construction guys who r building a library at the nearby village.brought her home, ask our uncle to talk to her,apologised, promised to go back to skul,me n dad took her to twn to buy her clothes, some groceries n other things she needs, on 1 may i returned to jozi, mom back 2kuruman,friday 4 may was the last tym dad saw her b4 he went to wrk, he came back n found that shes gone n she tuk everything that we bought n all the grocery, he luked for her over the wekend n cudnt find her, till 2day. i noticed that she had lost some weight bt i think she had made her choice n im done with her, mom is so depressed n helpless, nna im done with her bt i hate to see my mother like this,kunzima

TJO Shybear thats sad hey.. u know whenever i go home my heart just breaks because of this young girls who like things. most of them dropped out from school after primary, they drink and do all ths things (starting from my neighbour). i think their parents have given up on them and decided just to raise this kid”s babies because it is the life they chose. i just wish the other young gals growing up can learn a thing from them. go to school, atleast get matric first before you do all ths things because even after 10 years you can still o back and study further. and i dont understand why people are always blaming parents!!! REALLY!!!

Shame Shybear, that is truly sad. I can imagine how helpless the family feels, and ngisure if she gets sick it will be the very same family that will have to nurse her.

You must empower your mother to realise that she did her best raising you and your sister, and that your sister has a choice and she has chosen that route and regardless of what happens, your mother should not “burden” her own health over something she has no control over.

When i left home for varsity, my mother told me that she has taught me right from wrong, all about God and His ways, and now it is upto me to choose the way forward, that the correct foundation has been set and the rest is upto me. That she will not sit at home with worry, wondering what i get upto and all that, because she knows she has done right by us. Needless to say, i have done wrong things, but i know i am responsible for those wrongs. Sadly my outlook on life is not the same as that of my brother, but that is his challenge and he will face the concequences of his actions.

In essence, don’t let your sister’s actions steal your joy, and make sure you empower your parents to share the same sentiments,regardless of the fact that they are her parents. What can they do? By being depressed, what is your mother achieving? Your sister is busy making her bed, and she will lie on it.

, i dnt think ill even go home for the rest of the year, u knw in the villages evrybody knws everybody s business so everywhere you go pple will b on some- hi we saw ur sista at ths place doing this n that yadayada as if i dnt knw its lyk they r shoving it dwn our throats pple cant even talk 2us without mentioning her.
Can anybdy pls shed some light on counselling/phsychologists, how they actually wrk(change a person) or how one can make them work coz im beginning 2thnk they r a waste of tym

Shybear your story is really sad; weekly i attend a session with young ladies from a nearby academy; they are taught clearly that the life they choose has consequences; your sister is playing on ur emotions, you and your parents have tried to help and clearly in her eyes u are stupid and she is the clever one…she is a master in the art of emotional manipulation;

Well coaches psychologists and counsellors have different methods; some may try and understand you and some may just begin as friends who help u when u need to listen; coaching on the other hand is also being friends with that person to discover their inner passion and channel positivity towards that passion.

Your lil sister feels like she doesnt need school; my advise let her be; although you need to convince both ur parents to start the tough love angle; if she leaves the house she must not return; she cannot just conme in and go as she pleases! One stupid day the people she hangs around with will show her their true colors. She will need u and Dont go and look for her

I have a cousin who has been troublesome all her blerry life; she got mixed up in drugs went and had babies (twins); cldnt take care of her babies; came tomy mum; who gladly took her and the kids in, she went back forgot about her babies and when she went back to her Jamaican druggie boyfriend who convinced her to take the kids when my mum refused she called the authorities on my mother to say she had stolen her babies ; we let her take her kids, three months down the line she was back crying begging my mum to take the kids in ; we then forced her to legally hand the kids to my mum and that was the start of a normal life for those twins yena we gave up on her; She is now addicted to painkillers, alcohol and etc she is always arrested for causing disruptuion to the suburb she lives in…. She was handed a ___ year ASBO (GOOGLE HER LOL)(its the longest ever years any person has been sentenced for antisocial behaviour)for disruption and banned from ever setting foot in that neighborhood again! So you see OUR LIVES will be at a standstill for someone who does not need to be helped !

@Shybear ,let her be…she will eventually grow up. My brother had a similar story,yena he started by chawing tuition fee and faking the reciepts-smallernyana things, he would disappear for up to 3 months come back with a gun with the plan to shoot my dad and burn the house down…I believe nyaope was at a climax point there.My mom used to get depressed naye,but my aunt had to sit her down and she stopped worrying.Right now,10 years later my brother has smallernyana job and is put him self back to school…grown up.
