Spotted: ESPN Celebrity Basketball Extravaganza

Saturday 19 May saw the return of of the 8th annual ESPN Celebrity extravaganza at St. Stithians College, a school known for its sporting prowess. Actors, Socialites, and musicians came together to showcase their NBA star power. Two teams competed and it was Channel O vs Vuzu, and the baby of the DSTV family, Vuzu came out the winner.
So which celebs were on the losing team?
Some of the celebs on the Channel O team included Clint Brink, Shugasmakz, Slikour, Akin Amotoso, KB, DJ Milkshake and others.
On the opposing was Tumisho Masha coaching players that included DJ Switch, DJ Dimplez, Loyiso Gola
The entertainment was provided by AKA
and fellow rapper Khuli Chana
The girls seemed to enjoy watching the action…
“Hey, why are those girls laughing at you Akin?”
The ballers in action…
Even Loyiso Gola was playing…
MC for the day was YFM Weekend Breakfast host Pearl Modiadie, who’s sporting a new hairdo.
Publicist Melanie Ramjee hanging with the boys… or are they bodyguards….
All Access was there interviewing the “players”. That’s journalist Munya Vomo on the other side of the mic.
Looks like it was a day of fun! Great thing the sun came out.
Do we have any basketball fans in the house? I don’t know the rules and the points… and that’s after watching tons of basketball movies.
