As we celebrate the fact that Nigeria finally has about 0 % chance of winning Big Brother this year (now that Ola and Chris have left)… how was your weekend guys?

In Big Brother news, I’m not a big fan yet but I welcomed the news of nominations in Upville and tonight we’ll get to see who the housemates put up and I have a strong suspicion Babalwa will be up.

In techy news, it has been an incredible week for Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg…

Not only did Facebook go public…

He ended off the week by getting married to his long time girlfriend, Priscilla Chan in his backyard. Sounds like something Mark would do. Even this picture doesn’t scream “Just Married”, it’s more like business partners who are posing together after a meeting but I bet they’d be the happiest.

While on technology…

So, there’s an Apple vs Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 going on. It seems Apple think they own rights to flat rectangular gadgets and they’ve filed a motion to have the galaxy pulled off US shelves. Re tla bona.

Congratulations to Chelsea Football Club on winning the UEFA title. Lucky win.

… and of course congratulations to the PSL Champions, Orlando Pirates for taking the title once again.

Benni McCarthy has been instrumental for them this season and let this be a message that you should never write anyone off if your name ain’t G.O.D.

Now we wait to see how MY (only) team BAFANA BAFANA will do in preparation for Brazil 2014. Their first test is their game against  Ethiopia on Sunday 3 June at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace in Rustenburg. Should be easy…

The Kaizer Chiefs fans welcome Siboniso Gaxa to Naturena and the National First Division welcomes Jomo Sono. The PSL should have a rule about how often a team can come in and out of the league before being banned. We are kinda tired of Jomo’s yo-yo games.

In drama land,our beloved comrade Julius Malema is still as controversial as ever! The Sunday Times had a detailed article yesterday about how his Ratanang Family Trust received R7.6-million over 36 months. While on the politics bit… I honestly don’t get publications that are criticising the Zuma Spear art but yet go on to publish it…. what does this mean exactly?

In Celebrity News:

  • Congrats to Bassie and Romeo Kumalo on their 2nd born child, Shaka Emmanuel. What a name.
  • There’s also a story in the Sunday Sun that Kenneth Mashaba aka Seputla Sebogodi want’s his job back on Generations and Mfundi is saying he should’ve thought about it before he decided to quit to go pursue his Gospel career. Seputla is denying the story.

It was great to read that Leroy Bell, that old man from XFactor USA will be recording with Zahara at Carnival City next month. As you know, Zahara is recording her live DVD on 8-9 June and word is she will be joined by Leroy as well.

I hope it’s true… Leroy was awesome in XFactor.

If we thought there was any beef between Rihanna and Rita Ora, this picture sets out to proves us wrong. Unless that is the kinda kiss Judas gave to Jesus.

Honestly though, why do we always assume there’s competition? Do we not believe that 2 hot girls can get along?

    It was a Happy sporting weekend for me, Bucs made me proud and I was happy for Chelsea.
    However the Royal Challengers Bangalore didn’t make the Top 4 kwi IPL, that was disappointing…phela I really like Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers.

    Leroy is awesome,I hope they blend in very well with Zahara.
    Poor Ola I really liked him.The person I can’t stand from Upville is Mampi,there’s something about her that irritates me,I hope she goes home.

    @ladymillion, here are my adrenalin suggestions: bungee swinging (feet first)/bungee jumping (head first)/ skydiving (abt R2,5k). these can be done (not in any order, and confirm which can be done where) in Soweto, Krugersdorp/mogale city and if u’r in the cape for bungee jumping u must just driving to the best bloukrans or i forgot its name there after mossel bay.

    Or a weekend in mpumalanga, and u can ride elephants and go river rafting/tubing or quad biking or foofie sliding.

    if he likes cars and u have money, get him an advanced driver’s course so he can go burn some hot rubber and learn to drive his car safely and skilfully. available at the car makers,i.e. bmw, audi, merc, vw.

I need to find out something if anyone knows; how fast can one transfer a title deed to another’s name and can it be transferred into the name of a kid under the age of 4years; or do they have to be beneficiaries! Please if anyone knows i need to know the process;

    @sxylin, i’ve always done my own visas. but my flight centre once sent me info from a visa agent i think was called Roses. sorry. not very helpful.Can’t a rennies help u?

    @Monei they cant guarantee under a week; so basically i cant be away from my son for more than is necessary!

    Thing is its complicated my niece and nephews are british passport holders and need to travel to the US but from South Africa *eish too long i know* British embassy says they need a visa as they hold resident permits from SA
