    I think its safe to assume that Gert has run out of ideas. Bonang wore a dress similar to this, quite identical actually at some fashion week not so long ago. Even Bonang’s wardrobe isn’t as striking as before. Her style’s become predictable.

    The teacher called me ystday and I went to meet with her.
    Apparently the principal called a meeting and spoke to all the teachers. The principals secretary went and told the teacher that I made the anonymous call.
    She admitted to hitting her on Thursday on the “hand”. She said she is not a monster nje she just scares the kids sometimes.
    Eish we had a looong talk. I told her that Im worried abt my baby and the way she will treat her now that she knows that she told me that she hits her. She asked not to worry and not to move her to another class. Thando is a good child blah blah blah. Eish ngikhathele.

    Ladies,plese do eat.Eating Healthy means: leaving fried food.Do cooked food (water,not oil),eat less meat (stick to chicken and fish only,no Pork and all that jazz) ./…eat small portions instead of skiping meals.
    More vege (go Green) and more fruit.No junk food (chips,chocolate and fizzy drinks) …more water instead of unhealthy drinks.

    I’m a size 36 and I love my thickness. The only thing i want is to flatten my stomach coz sinokuputsha nje ngendlela evele yenze abantu bacabange ukuthi ngimithi kanti CHOH. Me i’ll join #TeamSitUPs flatten that stomach.

    Only thing that’s worrying me we had a wellness day earlier in the year laymsebenzini, and i was told i need to lose 12kgs coz i have too much fat in my body,i never really took them to head coz i believe im perfectly fine, Dont want to lose any weight mina. Should I be worried? but then again at that same wellness day I was todl i’ll go blind if i don’t start wearing glasses immediately, i have been waiting for my sight to deteriorate ever since, kodwa ngsabona kahle nje.

    Im a 36 n happy because according to my BMI calculation i am now 2-5 kilos overweight. I weigh 70 im supposed to be between 65 n 68. I was 90 after ma second born n through healthy eating n small portions i lost it in over a year n i have managed to keep it off because healthy eating is now a lifestyle such that i dnt feel bad when i have to indulge in kota or mcflurry or chocolates cz i do that once in a while because my meals remain healthy. I dnt encourge appetite supressants cz once u stop appetite is back n u eat double n u gain double. You need to learn controling ur appetite on ur own by choosing a healthy lifestyle n eating small portions. Show me one duromine person who kept the weight off. While still on duromine u blv that u will be able to control the appetite when not on them but akwenzeki if bekwezeka u wouldnt need them in the first place. #my2cents.

    @Lela…but what if an individual has been eating healthy , no junk, small portion, snacking on fruits, drinking lots of water et al , as a lifestyle and suddenly they become 5kg heavier. I mean continuing to lead that healthy lifestyle will still be a beneficial, but it won’t drop the recently gained 5kg …so what do does the person do in this case????

    I can only imagine the struggle of losing weight,all those pills provide immediate relief and it can’t be right.If you have children,come up with something fun for the whole family and introduce healthy eating.Not eating at all is not the solution.There are some people who are big boned naturally,maybe most of you are just that.Just dont starve yourselves beautiful food is meant to be enjoyed and not make you feel guilty.
