Pictures From The Wrangler Launch

Wrangler Jeans are now available in South Africa! The launch was held at the Turbine Hall in Newtown recently and the brand will be available from Stuttafords.

5fm’s DJ Leigh was MC for the night and we were taken through the history of the Wrangler Jeans. To be honest when I was growing up,I always believed or associated Wrangler with abelungu. Like I’ve had that at the back of my mind nje, hehehehe, I bet I am not the only one.

After we were welcomed in a Wrangler way, we then witnessed the models do their thing on the ramp ,showcasing the different types of Wrangler clothing. Here are the pictures:

Tyrone Keogh aka TY from the MNET Soapie The Wild was one of the ‘models’. I honestly don’t know what was happening with him. Please don’t let this picture fool you. He does look like he is got it going on here but the truth is he was a disaster on the ramp. Ty couldn’t even walk properly. He looked nervous and a bit confused. I was so disappointed because I am such a fan but after what I saw that night I think he should stick to Acting shem.

In my mind I was like ‘This can’t be my Jack from The Wild’. He was also the winner of the 2011 Cleo Bachelor of the Year. He poses here with Anja Van Zyl who was the 1st Runner Up to Miss SA 2008.

Model, Stevel Marc was also there working it. The way the women screamed when he walked in? He threw in some dance moves which made them gals go even more wild. You could tell he owns the ramp.*side eyes Tyrone*.

I had to post this crazy picture of him for my gal mamfundisi aka Lela so she can get a clear view of her ‘hubby’. Lol

Mr and Mrs Kani (Thembisa and Atandwa) also graced us with their presence. The love these two have? May God bless your union guys and congrats on the twins.

JC’s boy Dumi Gwebu with the new LIVE presenter Luthando. This chick is tall, she makes Dumi look like a midget. Lol

Another one that’s making waves lately is Noluthando Meje. I like that track she did with Miza, Feeling. Too hot.

My ‘son’ Neo Motloung also came to have fun. I love that boy. He is so humble and sweet. Also VERY charming. *hides*

I bothered comedian Tshepo and Denis the whole night just so I can get a picture of the two of them together. I think they look so much alike. Or do I need to visit Spec nton nton again? Lol
