    since its anything goes, why is it that ALL jobs advertised this days require the applicant to have own private car? where do they expect us to get those cars? at that time it will be an office job with a very low salary! yaz they make me angry.
    And i hate ukuba lama Recruitment Agencies call us for interviews but they never call back, yet they will tell you dat the interview was good. Recruitment Agencies are a waste of time yazi.
    Imagine the transport money that one uses, eg from Soweto to Midrand nogal, nxa! ba ndina kabi.

    @Fufu they made me feel that way as well, I was always sad and moody and taking it out on my boyfriend, I only used them for two weeks though needed to go from 34 to 32, I lost 9 killos that two weeks. This was in March thank god for the aerobic classes I am still keeping it off.

    Hi everyone.when my girlfriend was busy helping me with my laudry she happened to find two sealed condoms in my jeans just because it is the same one i was wearing when i went clubbing last weekend that adds fuel to fire,she is convienced that i have been messing around with some floozies.she didnt finish doing laundry.we fought and argued.we havent spoken since.today is the forth day.she doesnt take my calls,when i call her on public phone as soon as she notices my voice she hangs on me & switches her phone off.um dying inside.last time i laid my hand on she ran to the police but i didnt hurt her much.from that day on i sworn that it would be last time i made her shed the tears.i’d say she’s overeacting and trippin’ fo nuthin mayb i should go where she’s staying.she needs to grow up.i am tired of her sulking.a man has needs she has to remember,this room is so big and cold.i am sorry i had to vent.so nkey,lolo and jahara are gone for real??i pour my heart out ko difemiling tsa those miners who have died.um kinda new here.i am so glad.enjoy your weekend

    I got the 50 Shades trilogy yesterday, it was on special, all three for R300… I started with 50 Shades of Grey!! Oh My Word!! I cant put it down!!

    So last week I promised this girl I would hook her up, so I started with my mission, got this guy friend of mine all excited and all, and stupid me I told her he is sooo interested too early, cos thats what he had told me, but this was before he saw pics of her, now he is not interested any more… How do I tell her without breaking her self esteem… Yena she has the most beautiful, exciting, warm personality, but the guy just lost all interest, not even interested in getting to know her anymore.

    @Sxylin just one a day (30mg), they gave me energy so I was jogging every afternoon, I ate twice a day very small portions my breakfast was a handful of special K, lunch was green salad with tuna (very small portion) and they made me very thirsty, I drank up to 4 litres of water every day. The side effects were bad though, had heart palpitations(sp) use to sweat a lot, I hardly slept at night, one minute I was happy and da next I was upset crying. I think I even started to hallucinate or maybe I was dreaming(lol) I was just not myself. I would never used them again hey.

    @Gomo you are soo right they will even fail you for the smallest mistake if you did not bribe, did mine in 2008, the driving school owner (grandpa) wanted me I was 21 and he looked 60, I would just smile whenever he flirts with me, so instead of me paying R2500 bribe he said I can pay R1000, then the guy that was testing me also showed interest in me I was just flirting with him nje, he was young and handsome, I did very well in da yard but wen we got to da road I made so many mistake including not stoping at all at a 4 way stop, but I still passed*hides*

    @MsZie, no dear they are not strict, they act that way to intimidate you, then u become nervous and you fail. You have to know what to say, how to say it, and when to say it. You come here, ill give you some lessons. And one other thing, your driving instructor must speak on your behalf because they are familiar with these instructors. If you live a holy life, at age 75 you will still be failing your drivers test.

    To those who say they won’t pay a cent(bribe) to get a drivers license.Well,it depends on what is more important to you . My time is important and so is my money…so in 2009 when I went to test, I was advised to bring R1200 for a bribe , Now it was that against the chances of failing 3-4 times, converting that into cash you get

    *R500*4 for hiring the car,
    *R300 x 3-the extra two lessons you going to be taking after each fail to prepare for the next test
    *R100 -the transport to the driving school (depends how far it is from you, say )
    *R1000 the money you pay each time you go to book including transportation costs to the department.

    Now the sum of that is R4000……Which normal person would choose to not to pay the smaller amount(bribe)to get their license first time and save time and money???? the same group people who bribe traffic cops on the road, lie every now and then, et al……nxa nxa nxa, hopefully this will guarantee you a nice white leather seat in heaven

    Thanks guys…I dont she will want to go to rehab if she were to be given a choice.
    And the sad thing is, we neva see her when she does the things azenzayo when she’s high. We get to hear about them from neighbours and relatives cps bona akabafihleli.
    One of our neighbours found her hitch hiking at place that is very dangerous, peopel have been found dead around that place and no one knows how they died. She picked her up and brought her home.
    She used to collapse and and have short breath. we would take her to hospital thinking that maybe she has asthma until we took her to this private doctor who said she has a STD/STI and its so bad in such a way that it causes respiratory problems. Imagine the embarassment cos Im the one who took her to that doc.
    He gave her treatment and she went back to her old ways.
    @Phindy she was staying with my gran in KZN but she has had enough of her. she is with my aunt here in JHB at the moment and apparently she wants to go back home. She got here last week on Thursday and I think its bcos she wants her dose of Wunga.
    Its those funny looking Indians who sell it to them ekhaya. Those Indians from Pakistan or wherever are all over the place now.

    @Weiss..I think I know what pushed her to start using and to behave the way she does.

    See, she is not my sister but she is my cousin. NgesiZulu usisi wami. Her mom is my mom’s younger sister. We were all raised by my gran and we are all close. We love and treat each other as brothers and sisters coming from an extended family.

    We all loved her as a baby, everyone at home will buy her nice things. Her mom supported her financially but was never close with her. In fact she avoided her in any way she could. When she was staying here in JHB, she was staying with me and my mom. When she started behaving badly her mom would come to our place, shout at her and leave.

    I dont know how many times I asked her to take her and be a mother to her before its too late but she would get angry. So my lil sis is just crying out for attention from her mom. We gave her all the attention we thought she needed, I even took her to a private school and paid her fees, bought her clothes but she started stealing money from me.

This girl i cant even begin to describe her behaviour; i have even spoken about her here; you cant help your cousin if she dont want to be helped; my cousin also didnt have a relationship with her mum, she got mixed up with the wrong crowd; got into drugs; and had kids whom she dumped with my mother; came back with the police to say my mum had stolen those kids my mum was ordered to give the kids back aiiiii basically Fezzy this girl has to want to be helped; tough love can back fire at times; best tough love people can do for her is close their doors in her face!

    if she really wants to change then offer her the rehab option! i believe there is still a chance for her yazi ! Good luck

    I’ve been to China, they hav real labels cos that’s where all the US brands are, they make jeans for cheap then sell them in fancy boutiques in NY, Paris, Hyde Park for 700% profit. So u could say our ‘fashionistas’ are just cutting out the middleman..

    In China they have pics on the railings of latest runway designs, and an exact replica of the whole Dios/Gucci/Chloe/whatever outfit right below! For like 300 yuan!
