The MTV Base VJ Search Top 10

The 10 qualifying contestants who will go on to participate in further elimination and workshop phases of the VJ talent search were announced on Tuesday this week.
The ultimate winner of the MTV Base VJ Search will become MTV Base’s first new South African VJ since Fikile Moeti won in 2006 – hosting a show on MTV Base and featuring on Club 808. The winner will be announced in October 2012.

Naledi Radebe (21)
Noluthando Malope (19) yes, as in Rebecca Malope’s daughter…

Next week: The 10 contestants are trained by Bonang Matheba and Mo Flava before being given their first on camera challenge! At the end of the episode, the 10 are narrowed down to just 5…

Maybe I’m losing my mind, wasnt the first girl in the live presenters search top what what? Kwaaakwaaa at the red spring tie belt and Naledi’s leather jacket and jeans, can’t stop laughing. Looks like a lady is gonna win, so many ladies in the top 10.

The Hectic Nine Nine presenters were turned down at the auditions because they are already TV presenters kodwa Tumelo wasn’t? Kanti does her show on Soweto TV not count? Hmmm…
