SAA Voyager Card Launch

The Nedbank SAA Voyager Card launch took place on Friday October 19, 2012 at The Venue in Melrose Arch…and boy oh boy what a night.

The aim was to re-launch the card with its enhanced features enable premium lifestyle and globe-trotting. Guests were taken on an all-expenses-paid imaginary cruise around world in one night. To ensure it fit in with the travel theme, they played around with airport check-ins and all that jazz.

Bonang was the MC but was called the Snr in-flight attendant for the evening. Cuisines; fashion shows; music and dance performances were the landmarks to declare each destination.

The first destination was Nairobi that saw guests enjoy a Nairobi-inspired starter and a fashion showcase by Sylvester Falata. Beijing was next on the bill and accompanied by dinner and the sounds of DJ Tommy.

The stay in London was complemented by a colourful fashion showcase courtesy of Gert Johan Coetzee. Neon pop.

This was followed by Bonang Matheba introducing 50 shades of…I meant a male underwear fashion show by PALSE HOMME.

While dessert was served, the jet landed in New York. 2012 Idols winner, Khaya Mthetwa, took to the stage to remind everybody why he is the last Idols standing.

In keeping with the vibrant aura of Rio, Vintage crew took to the stage to gyrate their enviable dance moves.

The Evening was ended with Siz on the decks taking everyone down the musical memory lane with bangers from years gone by.

Because they feel that you can’t be nice to them on twitter and blast them on JC. If you do it, do it nine nine, and that way you won’t get blocked.

I posted a tweet and said “We’ve all acted stupid cos of a broken heart….and i said something else.” I think thats why I got blocked cos maybe Kiki knew that she was one of the people who were making fun of her and she decided to block me. I didnt send that tweet to her though.

That is all I can think of cos I’ve neva said anything bad about her.
