I’ve just come to realise what a huuuuuuuuuuge crush I have on Tyler Keogh!!! This man is just so sexy!

Hlelo’s (I think it’s her) dress is horrible. Do the twins ever get it right mara?? :(

Poppy must get rid of those braids aswell now. How long has it been now, doing the same hairstyle over and over again? I still can’t believe her and Sizwe are dating… If it is true!

Oh well, I can’t sleep now! Been up studying and I think I’ve still got a lot of caffeine in my system! O.o

  11. Miss T on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:11 am

I think its my first time seeing Hlelo in a long dress, phela they always were the shorted. I don’t like the dress for me but it suits her, there’s some classy(inyana)!

  14. TreyScriptures on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:42 am

May I express my shock at the “Trends that need to go” post, the comments! I have never experienced such “kindergarten” talk on JC before!

So, the GQ best dressed isn’t much of a challenge hey, seems a tailored suit with a tie was the other of the day. So bland. Like can it be tweeked a bit, I can’t stop rolling my eyes. Poppy looks like a biology class skeleton. Especially the face. Let me get out if here before the rascals wake up to come and play. Like don’t yol have nap time or something?

  15. TreyScriptures on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:44 am

Uhmmmm… That’s not black coffee guys.

  16. Applepurple on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:58 am

LMFAO at Nthato’s shoes, SABA i fashion. Hlelo’s toe, It was hard not to miss the toe.

Most of the men looked good!! Stoan’s jacket material makes it look cheap, China town like.

I like Poppy’s hair, I’d do it if I wasn’t afraid. I just think it looks and works better for some, and not Poppy in this case. Lerato Sengadi once had something similar, only hers were shorter.

  105. asanwababe on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 11:59 am

Tjo @Aza! That is just hectic. She will forever have that memory! Yoh, hayi man!
I think people who commit suicide are selfish. How are the people left behind supposed to cope. Khona when they leave children, young ones at that. But then again, I don’t know or understand their situation.

  106. Azande on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 12:00 pm

@bumbum ngathi uyazi ubhodloze usealing bord, and one guy uthi washo on Sat ukuthi ufuna ukuzibulala but wangamnaka nje, ngoba vele uhlezi ebheda nje,

Isi aramu nje senkosi esizidakelwayo nje sikhulume izinto ezingekho, its so sad how he decided to took his life.

  107. asanwababe on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 12:03 pm

    These suicide stories remind me of a joke;

Kuthiwa this guy walks into the library and gets a book on suicide. He goes to the librarian to check it out. The librarian looks at the title of the book, looks at the guy and says, “Futsek, who will bring this book back?”

The questions nje azobhekana nawo from his family ebe ezwa ubuhlungu naye its too much nje, umgile igoda elingaqaqeki nje

  110. nomthwalo on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 12:11 pm

Oh Bumbum kunzima ke lokhu, how does one deal with heartbreak when its your own sister and husband. But it sounds like(correct me if I’m wrong) the younger sister usaphethwe ubungane.

Its true when they said the people who will hurt you the most are the one you care/love the most.

So if my own blood (sister) angishaya ngesitina so, kulula for abantu bangaphandle ukuth benze the very same thing.

  111. Koeks on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 12:11 pm

  120. MsMo on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:15 pm

i have to disagree with those that think that suicide is selfish. I am sitting here right n0w contemplating it. Reason being that i am tired, everything that can go wrong has g0ne wr0ng in my life for the past three years. I’ve prayed,i’ve cried,im tired…

  121. Ntombi Yomzulu on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:16 pm

Yazi guys mina I stayed with my sister and hubby for years but I never looked at him with that (ngyakughalela) eye neither did he and my sister would go on business trips sihlale soyitwo and we took each other as brother and sister. Actually all my brother inlaws I look at them as my brothers.

    That is so disgusting

  122. Vesa on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:18 pm

Apart from these people who commit suicide selfish, most insurance companies dont pay out if the deseased committed suicide.

@Blindfold….this reminded me of an incident at home. My brother wanted to marry someone, who my parents didn’t approve of. He then one day came home very drunk and told them that he ‘s gonna kill himself cause he can’t marry anyone but that lady.

Tjo, my mom told him that he must leave funeral money first cause his policies won’t pay them and bona they don’t have money for funeral costs! He never mentioned suicide again at home

  123. Vesa on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:20 pm

@MsMo……things can’t be that bad!!!! You might think that you are in a worse off situation, but when you hear what other people are going through….you realise that it wasn’t that bad.

Just hang in there, better days are coming

  124. Azande on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:20 pm

  125. OhSoStunning on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:20 pm

@MsMo find strength by praying. It (suicide) is cowardly because it’s the easy way out.. My mom always tells me that when things get really hard then it means you’re close to vanquishing that battle..

Whatever it is you’re going through is only going to make you a stronger person. It’s okay to get tired, we all do get tired, mara being selfish nje and just killing yourself is just nyols nje..

  126. Ntombi Yomzulu on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:22 pm

Ms Mo, i will tell you straight up girl Suicide is selfish. Why dont you think of your family and the burden that you will leave them with, emotionally and financially. If things are not going your way, dont give up praying about it, the will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you. Its just not your time for things to work out so dont give up. Everything has its own time

    do you go to church?
    Do you pray?
    Do you read your bible?
Have you spoken to your pastor or church leaders about it?
    Have you seeked proffessinal help?

  127. MyThoughts on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:31 pm

@Vesa that’s what my mom told me ages ago when I said I was gonna kill myself… and on top of that she made committing suicide sounds so terrible and disgusting (which it is) I never thought of it anymore and here I am, still breathing.

  128. nomthwalo on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:31 pm

@ MsMo you say you’ve prayed, cried and tired. Now think about your family, would you like them to go through the same path as you crying, praying, asking themselves questions about your death.

Do you really wanna leave them behind feeling like that for the rest of their lives?

No sisi, we all go through things but dont make harsh decisions that do not only affect you but your family.

I’ve seen how people left behind feel like after their loved ones commit suicide, the scars!

Please girl go and talk to someone.

  129. MyThoughts on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:36 pm

@MsMo ausi, learn to appreciate life regardless of its constraints and all. Learn to believe in the Higher power, one day you’ll look back and smh and smile.
*gives you a hug of strength* everything will be okay girl.

  130. Azande on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 1:36 pm

For sure u do wanna know what is gonna be like when everything is ok, and u have to be around to experience dat, surely its cant be bad for the rest of ur life, people are going thru worse outside but they still put heads up and smile, I want u to be one of those.

U need to be strong what ever it is u going thru it can’t be foever,* as I kneel down on my knees* begging u never u take that short cut please, this is really making me cry, as I know how painful it is for those left behind,
    Ngiyakucela please don’t.

@MsMo….do you know where you are going after you kill yourself? Do you even know if you’ll be at peace or not? What if you’ll endure more suffering there?

We don’t know what happens after we die, I’d rather struggle through life with hope of overcoming whatever I’m going through than kill myself and go face the unknown.

We are not trying to push you over the edge! Our comments are coming from a caring place!

Have you had professional help? Maybe you have depression sisi. I’ve watched a lot of programmes and people who are living with depression always talk about how they felt suicidal before they started treatment.

I found this on the South African Depression and Anxiety Group. Please contact them.

Im asking these questions babe because mina this is where I gain my strength from. There was a time where I had my psychologist on speed dial because I have been where you are or felt like that. I know the feeling where you are even tired of praying because you feel as if God doesnt have your back. Honey Ima tell you this, no matter how tired you are of praying, keep on. No matter how sleepy your bible makes you force yourself to read it and go to church honey.

  186. Applepurple on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 4:33 pm

on the Zando website they say they offer “cash on delivery for worry free shopping” i dont see how you can encounter any problems there Asa

  187. Strolicious on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 4:39 pm

@Asanwababe ,i saw some nice boots for my boy ko Zando for R220 and boom ko marabastad i got the same boots for less than R100….since then i dont trust Zando

  188. megane on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 4:45 pm

@Asa I almost did until i went to one of the outlets to purchase a pair of shoes, the shock i got….it was R100 more on Zando unless of coz they incl gas on delivery.

  189. megane on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 4:46 pm

@Stro cha nami i no longer trust Zando but it’s a good clothes directory

  190. Azande on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 4:50 pm

Personal neh I don’t trust la Zando they sell brand name as well, I think its fake nje I might be wrong kodwa ke, but why else would u buy a brand shoe kwisitoro esambayo? Sikhona esakhona samampela.technology I know but I don’t trust them my 2cent

  192. FrozenBubblez on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 5:05 pm

I have shopped at Zando with no problems…their C.O.D is only for cape town and PE, they have an EFT option if u don’t wanna use ur credit card. They have designer wear also but their cheap stuff is really cheap(quality wise) at not so cheap prices. I like shopping there for the convenience

  193. MsMo on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 5:15 pm

    loling @Biskiti
thanks for the love everybody,i feel like i kn0w you all personally. Zando kept getting my friends order wr0ng,but they fixed it eventually.

  194. Azande on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 5:18 pm

  195. Monei on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 5:20 pm

lol@Azande, i am soo with u. fitting is half the pleasure of shopping.

  196. Azande on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 5:25 pm

@Monei hahahah ngisho dat sana, kanjani nje nginga fit lol

  197. TreyScriptures on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 5:31 pm

I don’t understand people who shop online. I’m glad Chanel (the brand) lashed out at online shopping and saying they’ll never compromise on their brand, cause even it’s customer service is part of the chanel experience. They want their clients to have an instore feel, fit their clothes to the clients desire, and I couldn’t agree more! :)

Lol, this article, from GQ to suicide. You people are good.

  198. Eyh2Jee on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:07 pm

Lol Trey.We shop online for convenience.
I have shopped e-Zando. Their service is faster and better than South African Police Services ;P …
And in terms of quality and prices;I agree with what @FrozenBubbles said.
I’m like @Azande, I can go to town and choose what I like, fit it and go back home.Go there again with a friend…and fit again,if I like it, I purchase it after a week or two.I don’t shop ngePay-day because I don’t wanna end-up buying something I don’t want or not really sure about. Phela the shop assistants can be very annoying and intimidating…they pressurize and undermine people, especially those working in shops with expensive clothes.

  199. asanwababe on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:10 pm

Thank you for the feedback. I’ve been seeing their ads all over, so I looked at their website, but I wasn’t impressed.

@Frozen, what do you usually buy?
@Aza and Monei, I feel you on the fitting part.

  200. TreyScriptures on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:13 pm

So you also busy ka OLX or whatever that online pawning and batering thing is. “Sell IT”

  201. MyThoughts on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:15 pm

    lol @Eyh2Jee :) I’m speechless yaz *kisses you…with tongue* ;)

Has anyone bought anything from http://www.asos.com ? I’m tempted to buy something there. It is really nice shem. So if I do, I’m gonna purchase something worth 2pounds first and see if they deliver.

  202. asanwababe on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:19 pm

@Eyh2Jee, I used to be intimidated by the shop assistants in expensive shops. You walk in and they give you a top to toe look and judge your wallet immediately. But I’ve come to the realisation that they can’t afford those expensive clothes either.
So ndingena ngeconfidence, head held up high, chest out, stomach in and butt out. :)

  203. MyThoughts on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:23 pm

halala @Asanwababe that’s the way to go!
by the way this is how I always read your username “ha ke sa nwa babe (I no longer drink babe) ke wrong?

  204. FrozenBubblez on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:29 pm

I’ve bought a couple of dresses , a pair of shoes and sunglasses and so far the service has been good but I’ve heard negative stories from other people who’ve shopped there. @mythoughts you must check the shipping cost if that store is abroad…otherwise you’ll end up paying more for shipping than the actual item you purchased…had a horrible forever 21 experience

  205. asanwababe on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:43 pm

Kwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa @MyThoughts! You just cracked me up!
    You are so wrong!!!

  206. asanwababe on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 6:46 pm

Actually, @MyThoughts, now that I think of it, that interpretation could work coz I don’t drink (alcohol) anymore.

  207. Strolicious on Wed, 24th Oct 2012 7:06 pm
