A few of the looks spotted at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards… Maybe something to inspire you as we get ready for the SAMAs?

Not sure about Bubu Mazibuko’s look… she was nominated for Best Actress

Nollywood star Genevieve Nnaji wore this on the red carpet and apparently it caused quite a stir… well the boobs did.

She later changed into this number. Love the colour.

BBA Winner Karen looked gorgeous… that’s a pretty dress and I love that her hair is tied back.

Actor Chinedu Ikedieze.. I like his shirt.

Osas Ighodaro – Miss Black USA 2010 and actress looked beautiful

Another Nollywood favourite, Jackie Appiah from Ghana, won the coveted Best Actress movie award

Not sure who this lady is but she looks happy showing off her outfit.

Model and actor Alex Ekubo who was at one point rumoured to be Uti’s gay lover.

I love how there is always a hint of Africa in these red carpet looks. Something we never really see here at home, I think these African attires are beautiful, we should try wear them more often. Actually the next time I have an event, the dress code will be “Africa My Home”.  You’ve been warned!
